Project Diversity is a portrait series about the people who shape Ostfriesland in all their individuality.
Through 100 black-and-white portraits, the project makes visible how much variety has always been part of the region — often without us noticing it. Instead of defining people through labels or categories, the focus stays on the person in front of the camera and the stories we tend to imagine before we actually know them.
